of Yellowknife's Back Bay on board one of our iconic de Havilland Canada DHC-2
Beaver aircraft.  Not only will you experience a flight from the ice but
you will also get a raven's eye view of the Yellowknife area and get to see the
various tracks, trails and ice roads used for recreation.

We will
also make sure that during the Month of March you get a really good view of the
Snow Castle and all of the related activities form the air.

Our
Beaver aircraft feature comfortable interiors, enlarged windows for easy viewing
and aviation headsets for all guests to provide easy communication between
guests and the pilot.

We will
depart from the ice on Yellowknife's Back Bay and follow the network of lakes
north of the Ingraham Trail that connect the Cameron River with the Yellowknife
River. Fly over the Cameron Falls located in Hidden Lake Territorial Park then
track across country towards the Community of Dettah on the Eastern shore of Yellowknife
Bay before returning to Yellowknife via the former Con Mine site. While over
Yellowknife you will be given the opportunity to receive a unique view of the
city's various neighbourhoods and parts including the downtown, Frame Lake, Old
Town, House Boat Bay, Back Bay AND OF COURSE DURING MARCH THE SNOW CASTLE.

We
operate our Yellowknife, NWT Beaver skiplane tours from our dock located at
3514 Wiley Road on Yellowknife's Back Bay.  The entrance to our lot is just
past the Wild Cat Restaurant and before Bullock's Bistro, two of Yellowknife’s
landmark eateries.

Please
arrive at our dock in time to check in 15 minutes prior to the flight time you
have booked.

CANCELLATION
POLICY:

When the
cancellation is made

more than 30 days prior to the planned departure, no cancellation charges shall

be levied and any booking fees received will be returned.

When the
cancellation is made

30 days or less prior to, and more than 5 days prior to the planned departure,

booking fees received may be applied to flights booked to depart within 30 days

of the original booked departure date; otherwise 50 % of the total air

transportation contract price will be retained by the carrier as a cancellation

charge.

When the
cancellation is made

less than 5 days prior to the planned departure of the flight, 50 % of the

total air transportation contract price will be retained by the carrier as a

cancellation charge.

In
situations where Ahmic Air

must cancel a tour due to visual weather conditions, freezing precipitation,

extreme cold (< -25’C)  or other unforeseen

circumstances the customer will be provided with a full refund of all booking

fees collected or if they wish, the opportunity to reschedule and apply their

refund to a new booking.

and are non-refundable.  Gift purchases

aircraft bookings are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
