FLY-OUT LUNCHEON - PLUMMERS GREAT SLAVE LAKE LODGE - July 19, 2025

We will depart Yellowknife at 10:00 am and do a "shore crawl" out Yellowknife Bay and to the lodge this will provide a very scenic flight offering spectacular views of the East Arm of Great Slave Lake and its stunning cliffs.

Lunch will be a sit-down luncheon in the lodge dining room.  You must register for lunch through the NWT Flying Association Website.  The cost is an addition $25.00 per person on top of the aircraft charter. 

You will have approximately 1.5 to 2.0 hours of down time at the lodge which will provide you ample opportunity to enjoy lunch,  explore the lodge facilities, take-in the lakefront and even get a chance to dip a rod in Great Slave Lake and catch a lake trout.

The trip home to Yellowknife will be as the "raven flies" across the boreal forest and many, many lakes we have in the region.

Overall from the time you check in at 9:45-10:00 (3514 Wiley Road) to the time you get home you should expect to spend 4.0 to 4.5 hours away.  Please make sure you dress appropriately for the day, the temperatures on the East Arm of the lake can be quite a bit cooler than in town.

Booking an Cancellation Policy for July 19th Charter:

• The fee per seat is $625.00 inclusive of the 5% Goods and Services Tax.
• Full Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Luggage is restricted to a suitable day bag less than 15 lbs (6.8 kg) per passenger.
• Once booked there is a 25% ($156.25) cancellation fee for any cancellation within 7 days of the charter.
• If for some reason the weather is not suitable for flying on the 19th or for any other unforeseen reason the flight will be cancelled at the discretion of the pilot, and a full refund will be issued to each passenger.
• The $625.00 pricing per seat is based on selling a minimum of four seats per aircraft.  If we are unable to sell all four aircraft seats by 7pm on July 18th passengers that have paid will receive a notification by email and will be issued a full refund.
